By placing an order with us, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies posted on our website. Please read these Terms carefully before completing a purchase, as they outline your rights and our obligations for luxury product transactions.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order with Quimre, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have the explicit consent of a parent/guardian if you are under 18, with the parent/guardian assuming liability for the order);

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

2.1 Order Submission: When you select Products, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process, you submit an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price (including applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees). This offer is subject to our acceptance.

2.2 Order Acknowledgment: We will send a confirmation email (to the address you provide) acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Acknowledgment”). This email is not a confirmation of acceptance— it only verifies that we have received your request.

2.3 Order Acceptance: We formally accept your order only after:

2.5 Product Availability: We strive to maintain accurate stock levels for all Products, but occasional stockouts may occur (especially for artisanal Italian Leather items). If a Product is unavailable after we confirm your order, we will notify you via email within 2 business days, refund the full amount for the unavailable item (including any applicable shipping fees), and offer alternatives (e.g., a similar Mongolian Cashmere style) if available.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Processing Time Note: Regardless of the shipping method selected, all orders undergo a 1–2 business day processing period. This allows our team to complete a final quality check (e.g., verifying Turkish Cotton towel softness, inspecting Italian Leather stitching) and prepare the Product for secure transit. During peak seasons (e.g., holiday shopping, new collection launches), processing may extend to 2–3 business days—we will notify you via email if this applies to your order.

4.3 Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order ships, we will send a “Shipment Notification Email” with:

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Eligibility for Returns: You may return Products for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
